I agree. It's a little tedious how they are so hung up on squeezing it back out. It's one thing if they are squeezing it into another girl's mouth, but otherwise I would be just as happy with them leaving it in there.

It's happened. Not frequently but it has. I guess it has a lot to do with porn being mostly visual. The idea (to most people, it seems) is to see the cumshot and you can't if it's internal. They call it "the money shot" for a reason. The reason being that's what most people are waiting for.
