The word is that if you're looking for box sets (such as the Alien Quadrillogy, Friends, Twilight Zone, etc.), you can really get some good deals.

I had a problem on the first disc of the first set, and it took over a month to recieve a return shipping label, have them log my return into their warehouse, and replace the set (They require the return of the whole set for one defective disc). But it was an effortless replacement, I spoke to several people on the phone, and have never dealt with such pleasant customer service -- the phone was always answered by a human who was professional, courteous, and not a jerk.
