The law states that you can't display such images unless you have in your possession in physical form all necessary 2257 information - the models' ID and info about the shoot proving that they were at least 18 years old at the time the photo was taken. In other words, for that image to be displayed here, the owners of ADT would need to have in their physical possession documented proof that the model(s) in the image were 18 years of age or older at the time the photograph was taken. Since they do not have such proof in their possession, the image cannot be displayed. And before you say "well other sites can do it...", remember that many sites do not have servers in the US. ADT does. So they are forced to comply with the laws of the US. The owners of ADT have no desire to go to jail, and that's why the image policy is what it is. Don't shoot the messenger.
