I emailed the company I had ordered it from asking what I should do, and they told me they had never had any problems with this title and that I should send the defective disc back to them which I did. They said they'd check the disc I'd get and put one aside for me. In case you didn't read the post : the defect was that the sound was async with the picture. If you really like the movie, you may want to hang on to it. In the future, you'll probably have another player -- perhaps with a new computer or a stand alone unit. It is also likely that the player is related to your specific dvd-rom drive. Make sure you have the latest software drivers. You should check my "Problem DVD List" to help prevent these kind of hassles in the future. Here's what I posted on the list regarding your problem: Elegant Angel Titles (Various), Elegant Angel - Some older pressings of various Elegant Angel titles are reported to have sound sync problems. That is, the audio track does not match up properly with the video -- the sound is either a second too early or a second too late. A complete list of titles with this problem is not available at this time. Some of the discs reported to have a problem include: Chloe's I Came, Did You, Big Babies of Budapest #04, and Sodomania Slop Shots #01 and #02. I'll try the disc again once I get a standalone player. In case nothing else helps I might rip the movie on my HD, re-dub the whole thing, so the sound is sync again and convert it to a compressed AVI-File, so I can watch it as it was meant to be.
