The 2026 XMAs were hosted by Violet Myers and Kazumi at the world-famous Hollywood Palladium. It was a star-studded red carpet and a packed house. During the ceremony, all the major categories were called out, including Gay Performer of the Year. When Derek Kage's name was called as the winner, the entire place went wild. Derek was on stage a second time with Charlotte Sins and Milan Ponjevic, Victor Ray, Codey Steele, and Michael Vegas as she accepted her award for Best Sex Scene - Career-First Performance for SX Originals/Adult Time's "Charlotte Sins: First Gangbang."
