I emailed David Naylor, but never got a response. I know it's a bootleg, but I would like to find this version, as it was probably transferred from an original theatrical print, as all of Alpha Blue's movies are. [Link]

The company is owned by Kirdy Stevens and the old release looked great, I'm not sure about the current one (they just changed it) but I can't see it looking worse. Taboo from Standard Digital [Link]

About 90% of their tapes and discs are culled from out of print VHS tapes. I didn't know they released TABOO, but Kirdy Stevens probably wisely put a stop to it. The Standard Digital disc, with Stevens and Kay Parker commentaries, is uncut, as far as I know. [Link]

What I shoud have said is that I have bought a number of VHS tapes from Alpha Blue (most now out of print) and quite a few appear to be print to VHS transfers. Examples off the top of my head: Femmes de Sade, Pretty Peaches, Gums, Through the Looking Glass, An Act of Confession, Long Jeanne Silver, possibly others. It is some times pretty obvious what their original source material was. [Link]
