The only exception I can think of would be Mishka's. As far as I know, there is no major pornstar that returned to their natural forms after a surgery. Is there any? Furthermore, I want to know, if they would even consider, which pornstar would you want to remove their implants? First on my list is Riley Evans, who made a terrible decision, in my opinion, surgically altering her big naturals.  [Link] |

Repeated surgery like this would make boobs look so bad that these women can't be porn stars anymore. And I agree that vast majority of boob-jobs for non-medical reasons make the women's boobs look worse and not better. There are some exceptions, but these exceptions are rare.  [Link] |
