Hi All, I'm new to this forum, but not to the porn world. I need some insight from you all regarding adultdvdmarketplace.com(ADM). I used do all my purchase on adultdvdempire.com(ADE). Those guys are pros and have all kinds of ways to contact them. I recently bumped into ADM and found lots of DVDs that are either discontinued or unavailable on ADE. So, I made my first purchase on ADM for 4 DVDs (2 box sets + 2 individual) and the seller was AllDelight.com. I was shipped only half of the order and no information either from ADM or AllDelight.com regarding the remaining order. I have sent at least 3-4 emails to both the parties. I also have 2 tickets at ADM. But still no response. How reliable are these guys? I mean, any kind of business that makes it as difficult as possible for you not to reach them how good can they be. If any of you know any other contact means for these guys, please PM me. Also, what should I do next? Cheers, MaxyW
The two times I had issues with non-delivery of an order ADM promptly credited my account. I don't know why you're having a problem with them, but you might want to check your spam folder. Maybe their replies went there instead of to your in box.
I am a seller on ADM. Very lagit company. I have had no problems with them over the last year. As far as the person you purchase from, I have no info. I know myself, I respond to all my e-mails with in 24hrs unless on the wkend (48hrs).

It's unusual to go without any kind of response from either ADM or Alldelight. I have been selling and buying on ADM for quite some time and have used Alldelight often enough. One of the problems I have had is that often a buyer will provide an email address that does not work. Have you used an unusual email return address or your main one ?
Thanks for all the replies. They did both get back to me. The seller is saying that they shipped all the products and ADM is saying that they will investigate after 3 weeks if the shipment is still not received. The seller has not confirmed what they shipped either in the emails or in the shipment itself, like a receipt or a shipping list. Have any of you dealt directly with AllDelight?
Sorry it took us so long to respond to your ticket you created on ADM. We are looking into the matter now and hope to find a solution. Sorry for the inconvenience, CJ Customer Support Manager AdultDVDMarketplace.com
I have bought numerous dvds from AllDelight and have not had any problems. They are very reliable and usually pretty quick to ship things out. But things do get lost in the mail from time to time. EMS providers for ALT Porn!!!!
Yep, ADM was very professional about the whole thing and refunded me promptly. I was really disappointed by the response and lack of action from the seller though. It would have been a different matter if the entire shipment itself was missing. It was a case of one shipment with half the number of DVDs ordered and the seller went on insisting that they shipped all the DVDs in that shipment. Good job ADM. Keep it up!
IIRC, AllDelight is fond of Media Mail, so it may take a heck of a long time to arrive (maybe by next week). I think they might have been the company who sent me an @$$hole e-mail after giving them neutral feedback because they sent a single disc media mail instead of first class when first class would have been cheaper for them as well as getting to me a heck of a lot quicker. There are so many discontinued (second hand) titles (that are being sold by different sellers on your web-site) that I'd like to buy and that can only be purchased via you guys. I really don't get it as to why y'all don't send stuff to Europe! Amazon does it. Barnes and Noble do it. So many other American company's (and their sellers) don't seem to have any problems whatsoever with shipping to European destinations. They let sellers decide for themselves if they would like to ship stuff overseas. This ain't a hard thing to realize. Please, change this. This is really baD! I think part of that may have to do with customs laws. Having to figure out what each country would allow to be imported and accurately reflect that for shipping is probably hard with 3rd party vendors as they are.
We actually are about a week or so away from allowing international shipping. Right now we don't allow it because it would just be hard to make sure all of the sellers are set up to be able to provide it. At the beginning it will only be a certain group of sellers who do a lot of business through ADM, but that number should grow quickly. We just want to be able to provide the best experience for the customer that we can. CJ Customer Service Manager
Great to hear! Unfortunately, the titles I'm looking for are not being shipped to Europe right now. Hope these sellers change their shipping policy fassssst I hope ALL your sellers will eventually ship to Europe. The web-site looks good, from what I've seen so far. Keep up the good work, buddy! Thanks!
