I had a membership at CumTrainer about a year ago. They do offer a short membership for $5 and it doesn't appear to have any other restrictions other than lasting less time - they don't stop you from downloading videos.
The quality is pretty good and I like that it's just a regular couple... but it didn't look like they had updated in a couple years. I'm not sure if they've gone back to updating but it seems unlikely that they would stop for 3 years and then all of a sudden come back.
As for dirty ATM, there are three scenes. One has just dirty anal, another has implied dirty a2m, and another has obvious dirty ATM. None are out-of-this-world but they're pretty good, certainly worth the cost of the short membership to get them, along with all the other clips where she does ATM.
