Selena, I think the dirty talk is awesome as long as it seems genuine. Also, I like the dirty talk most when the dirtiest things are happening. For instance, in Trained Teens #1 by Jules Jordan, the scene with Gauge and Aurora Snow. I personaly don't like the phrase "oh god" or "or god, it feels so good" and etc. This phrase that doesnt makes sense really makes me dislike the scene or the whole action. Talking is acting, which suggests two things: 1) If you can't be convincing, don't do it, and 2) it isn't so much what you say as how you say it (if you've seen the advertisement with Lawrence Fishburn proclaiming a letter from a customer you'll know what I'm getting at).
Whether one looks into the camera or not really depends on the scene. Just so, how much one should talk in the first place. Personally, I think talking spontaneously during sex is very hard to do and a little tends to go a long way.
However, as an example of active talkers, let me recommend two actresses to you, both, by coincidence, from England: Sabrina Johnson and Layla Jade. Sabrina tended to talk to her partner while occasionally looking at the camera. Layla tends to talk at the camera all the time.
