I placed an order 4/6/06. My credit card was charged, I never received my DVDs, I've left 3 phone messages and sent 6 e-mail messages. Not a soul contacted me and I have not received a refund. Do Not give them your business. If anyone has any suggestion on how to proceed, I would appreciate it. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but frankly, I would rather have the DVDs. I did leave a message for you today (friday 5/5). It's a shame that it took a negative posting on the forum to get a response because I have tried to contact you many times, as noted above. ( I did not exaggerate on the number of attempts) I would very much like to resolve this situation as quickly and easily as possible. Since my credit card was charged, I'm more than happy to have you send the DVDs I ordered... As long as they are still the original films and not copies. My order number from April 6, 2006 is #879. There were 2 films: Hercules and Euphoria(Wicked Films), along with a few free demos. If we need to continue to correspond privately for more order info, please provide an ACCURATE phone number or e-mail address to do so. As long as we can resolve this quickly, I am more than happy to post positive information here so you can continue business. | greg123 Member 6 Posts 5/06 | Posted - May 8 2006 : 7:39PM I just wanted to let you all know that I recieved my package from discount-adultdvds.com. Postmarked May 3, 2006. The same day I made my first post!!! I guess there's no way to tell if they were sent before my first post or sent because one of their employees read it. Between receiving the package and the willingness from Justin to give me a full refund for the trouble, I think I would feel comfortable using them again. The main reason I used them in the first place was because they had the best prices. I' sure after this incident, they will solve whatever issues they had with their communication with customers. I'm sure they don't want to lose customers due to lack of communication. In the end, they did what they had to do to provide good customer service. They had some communication trouble, and knew what they had to do to fix it. Kudos to Justin for handling an unfortunate situation in a good way. [Link] |
