They have recently paid us, and took in new product COD-not sure if they were filling folks whose cards were charged, without product being available (a real no-no) or taking new orders. I have been in constant contact with one of the owners, he sacked that Tim guy (fyi) He has made payments to everyone, and those he was unaware of, (reason why Tim is gone?) he has confirmed and made payment. As my titles are 3 out of their top ten, maybe I am biased but they have been going out of business for quite some time,(according to posts) there may be a chance reports of their demise are being reported to serve another agenda. We shall see, but I don't recall ever getting paid in full from companies going under. If they do fold, kudos to the owners for paying their obligations first. This is a very competitive business, and it is difficult finding devoted employees. Furthermore, the act of balancing expenses versus income is a never ending challenge. No doubt, we will see many more companies go through transitions within the coming years. The survivors are the companies who watch closely and learn from other's misfortunes. I got 3 DVDs from them before they closed. But they charged me more than what they advertised on their web site for one of the 3 DVDs. What can I do now? Call my credit card bank?
