Hey all. If the girl gets on the floor on all fours, ass in the air. Man stood, knees bent pounded her ass.....this position is great but everytime I try it my thighs ache like fuck. Is it because I'm tall (6"3) and have to bend more? In some scenes I notice guys are able to maintain this position for a lot longer than me and I would say I'm reasonably fit. I constantly have to stand up as I feel like my legs are going to explode.
So what's up? Do male pornstars do serious leg workouts or am I just a lamer? What's the secret?

I don't really know, most of them seem like that have some muscle. Not that you asked for advice, but I'd say find a long set of stairs (200-300+) and run them every day for a week or two and see if that helps.

Best thing to do is just to work out. Stair climbers seem to do the trick. Back when I was working out, when I first started, I thought I was going to die. Could barely go for a minute or two. You have to build up to it.
But. You also have to realize that porn is for the visual. Positions used in porn are used primarily because they look good. They aren't necessarily comfortable.

Seems most male talent do quite a bit of calf pressing. But some just seem to fuck so much they don't need to work out in order to stay fit (both Manuel Ferrara and Steve Holmes can do everything, yet they don't look like they're working out very much).

That's not a good position for me. I prefer both knees down on a comfortable surface. Up and over is fine for pros. I want to enjoy what I'm doing.
