I'm asking this because I've have 1st hand experience with doing a girl anal without a condom and no enema. I got a bad case of urethetis(inflamation of the urethra). I don't pretend to be an expert on this, but I don't think enema will kill any germs and viri. It's just plain water in most cases. Click to expand If enemas doesn't get rid of most of the germs and viruses then wouldn't there be an outbreak of male talent getting what I got (inflammation of the urethra) due to fecal ecoli getting lodged in the urethra. Everyone's bacteria and viruses are different in strain, virulence, and number. Thus you have carriers for the NSUs which bit you, STDs, and worse.
