I mean huge scenes like "65 Guys creampie" etc. I guess wrong people are not allowed by the film-making crew, but nevertheless... It's just a matter of difference. If a guy had to fuck 10 girls in reverse gang-bang and would have suddenly seen 11th, he would definitely say "Oh, one more girl? Great, I'll fuck her with joy!". While the girl in the same situation would ask "Hey, will I be paid for this additional guy? I ain't gonna fuck anyone for free!"

^You could but seeing as they haven't shot one of these in decades and all the women are long gone from the industry than it will be hard to ask them. You might try to find old interviews of the women who performed these acts to see if they still exist and read what they wrote at the time. Of course that precludes that there are interviews. I honestly don't remember if they exist but if they do then they may only be in print media.
