Emails are not replied until 5 days later. I wonder if Virginia (the name on the email) is having sex while at work. 2. In some orders, No DVD covers are sent to me, only the Discs. 3. The packaging is stupid. They insisted to send the DVD with the DVD plastic case. However, the DVD covrs are sent separately. WHY THE HELL CAN'T THEY SEND THE dvd and the covers only? This shipping technique is stupid. 4. I have yet to receive the DVDs I made on 1 August 2005. 5. In some orders, they forgot to include all the DVDs. It often happens that they miss 1 or 2 DVDs out and they insist wont send again or a refund. Save your money mate. I am really pissed off with this website. [Link] |

For that reason U did not receive package and DVD in the same time. Furthermore I heard also that Excalibur is a very serious company. Maybe now it is not the case, let's wait and see.
