Insead I received one old dvd from the 80s that was of such poor quality it was unwatchable. I emailed them numerous times about the three missing DVD's and no reply. Their prices are good, unfortunately theres a reason why.... they send one old crappy dvd with tracking so they have proof of delivery (So you cant claim a missing order with your CC company) Then they deny any missing items.... Pretty slick. F them...a total scam. DO NOT use adultdvd.com. [Link]

I sent the bootlegs back and got my refund. There is no way to know what your really getting. Another bad website is FistandGape (http://fistandgape.com/) or Canadasexshop (http://canadasexshop.com/). Both the same company. I bought a DVD from them 8 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. And another title was unplayable. I emailed them about this a few times and they never replied. Totally ignored me. Never again. [Link]

If a movie was originally on a DVD9 disc they will take the cheap option and compress the data so it fits on a DVD5. This drops the image quality significantly and I wish they would just indicate what exactly we are getting. I could be ok with a "bootleg" but they need to tell me that a.) it is a bootleg and b.) that the original file has been copied to the original size dvd that retains the quality and features of the original film. DVD9 discs do cost more than DVD5 but I'd be willing to pay a few dollars more to cover the cost and get original film quality. If I wanted that low quality of a older title, I'd just get buy VODs. I've been trying for years to find an original copy of a Platinum X DVD (Cum Guzzlers 3) and the only copies I've ever been able to find are "sleeved" copies from AdultDVD or CD Universe and the image quality is horrendous. Extremely blocky. It's clearly been highly compressed. It must be this DVD9 to DVD5 issue. I wouldn't mind a "sleeved" copy or bootleg if it was an untouched copy / clone of the original but the sleeved versions of this title are almost unwatchable. So bad. I thought I found a copy on ADM a year ago from seller Derek Flicks but after I bought it he couldn't actually find it in his inventory. I did find an original of the Italian version and the video quality is great but the specific scene I wanted has the intro edited out. I accidentally bought something from them on ADM (didn't realize they were the seller and didn't notice the DVD was a sleeved reproduction and almost certainly a bootleg) so I emailed within minutes of my order asking for a refund and. total silence. I don't think they have the rights to reprint from Stagliano so they must only sell originals from Evil. Aside from that you can't trust any thing you are getting as an original copy. That said, if you know your DVD was an older title originally on DVD5, you can at least guarantee full quality even if it is a reprint. [Link]

Click to expand I have gotten studio originals from them before as well from various studios. I don't think anyone is saying they exclusively sell cheap reproductions. But I've gotten burned by them too many times to the point not that I will never buy from them again unless it's something I absolutely can't find anywhere else and I buy with the knowledge that there's a good chance I'm going to get crap and I take that chance. I've personally encountered all of the following with them. getting cheaply made reproductions on DVDr with plain white inkjet printed labels and smeared ink getting the wrong DVD. either a mislabelled DVD so the movie on the disc label doesn't match the movie burned to the disc, or properly labeled but just not what I ordered getting no response from their support or at most 1 reply after multiple attempts and then the silent treatment again w/ no resolution getting DVDs that so blocky and compressed that they are practically unwatchable and clearly a case of a dual layer movie being remuxed to single layer (I will often have studio originals of the previous and next volumes in the series which are DVD9 which is also a good indicator) being signed up for their email newsletters that I never agreed to opt in to getting more SPAM from other adult sites around the same time that I've never even heard of which leads me to suspect they are also selling your email address Again I've have also gotten studio originals from them from many different studios. but just understand that there is a high probability that you may not get a quality product or a quality reproduction and if you have issues they will probably ignore you AND sell your email to spammers. Your mileage may vary. Buyer beware and make sure to use a burner email account and don't expect support if you get burned. I'd add that I exclusively buy stuff from 2000-2005 which can be pretty rare. I suspect people buying newer titles from them will have better luck. Edited by - Takeo on 12/18/2023 7:18:47 AM [Link]
