Some stars who work in the industry and then leave do return and others do not. I doubt it has anything to do with the want of their fans but more them making the decision to return.
I don't understand the comment about Molly Mae since she appears to be currently active.

I'm not sure one should assume only desperation would bring someone back. Maybe they decided they miss being an adult actress. Maybe they left for another opportunity that didn't work out. Maybe they miss the attention. These are just a few situations I can think of off the top of my head. There are many factors that could bring someone back.

That doesn't mean that she has left the industry simon33333. That is the date of the last movie she has been in. Since it is currently still 2017, she can't at the current time have a later year put in. IAFD can't read the future so they don't know, for instance, if she will leave the industry in 2021. So that is just the year of the most recent movie she has been in and not a sign that she has left the industry.
If in 2019 they still show 2017, then she probably did leave the industry this year.
