I think it must be quite hard (no pun inteneded there) for pornstars to date outside the industry as alot of guys and women would show some sort of jealousy because of the type of job they have. Would have to be people with an open mind that is for sure. I for one could as I used to work as a DJ in strip clubs here where I live throughout the 90's. I know so many guys who could never date a stripper. They are all people too, but get bashed or frowned upon for the type of work they choose to do. It is wrong.

I think it is different for everyone in the business. I'm sure that in California finding a guy who excepts the fact that you are a "Porn Star" and is ok with it, is not as hard as finding a guy in Maine who is ok with it..... I think it depends on where your are and what is excepted in your area.

^^Only because it is a sex industry and that clouds alot of people's judgement on a person. Because i worked in the adult entertainment industry in some form for almost 10 years, I look at them as just regular everyday people. Like at the AEE, sure it was a thrill to meet Jenna Haze but also a pleasure to meet her and converse and joke with her for example. I had alot of fun shooting the shit with so many of the porn stars that the thrill of going to a porn convention wore off fast as i had never been to one and did not know what to expect. I think some fans are just down to earth and appreciate the work they do entertaining them and that is it. Others are more "wow" type of reaction. These celebs can point them out a mile away. Just ask them to critique some fans they meet at the conventions like the AEE. Work is work be it a 9-5 desk job or in the entertainment business in front of cameras. I am sure any guy or girl any adult star dates knows about thier career of some sort. And I am sure it makes it easier to have someone know about it beforehand because some people could never handle it if she/he said I am a pornstar or I am a stripper.
