The issue with anal which most fans don't realise is it forces pornstars to go on a fast, and they have to clean their colons out which can be really painful. The actual anal for many isn't the issue.. some enjoy it, many don't but love the pay it gives, some twice as much as vaginal. So will take pain killers or stick cocaine in their anus. Due to the nature of anal muscles, pornstars can experience tears which could lose to bleeding and soreness.
