That's a really good head paste. However, in the background (in the blue) you can see all kinds of evidence of either using a brush or using the cloning tool (badly), as there are lines and solid areas that should not be there. You can even see it between her arm and her body.

Still, the head pasting job was pretty darned good. Nice skin tone and lighting match.
