HOw would that work? If I know a girl who will do porn and is totally new, is there anyway I can get a finders fee? How does the whole thing work with talent agencies..etc.

I really doubt there's a finders fee. There are bus loads of wannabe porn starlets arriving in Porn Valley on a weekly basis.

L.A. Direct use to(if not still are)pay a finding fee(I think it was $100.)
