Assuming you are not a native English speaker, there should be family planning services that speak your native tongue if you live in a large metropolitan area. You may be able to find a native-speaking doctor through your country's consulate.

Basically, the only truly reliable birth control techniques are abstinence and vasectomies.

Condoms are highly effective, but not 100% reliable, so use of a spermicide in conjunction with condoms is usually suggested.

OK, before I thought you were talking about what to use WITH a condom. Then spermicides would be a good answer because as cv says condoms are not 100% effective.
OK, now you DON'T want to use a condom. That I can't help you with. I don't know of any male birth control pill. Anyone?

Edit: Oh yeah, disregard everything I said above. Don't listen to random perverts on internet message boards about birth control, please. Go see a doctor or something.

Okay, since you changed your original post, I guess I have to amend my comments.

There is no male birth control pill. Not yet. When it is approved by your country's government, it will be big news. Trust me. Also, such a pill would only be available with a doctor's prescription.

It is clear that you are having difficulty communicating your question in basic English. Again, I highly recommend that you seek medical advice given to you in your own native language.

If I recall correctly, you are Turkish. If indeed you are located in the UK, I highly recommend that you seek out recommendations for Turkish physicians from the Turkish Consulate.

I can't even suggest any medical website since I'm not sure you can understand the English on those that I am familiar with.
