I'd imagine that who a performers works with (director, performers, etc.) on any given day plays a large part in how much a performer does or doesn't enjoy a shoot. Maybe those who usually work with people who are to their liking usually enjoy their work. But most of that depends on who they're working with, the director, and the type of sex they have to do on a given day. If you watch the Behind The Scenes portion of porn shoots you can tell some girls really had a good time with their partner and/or had a good time shooting. I know some will say they're just playing that up for the camera but in a lot of cases you tell it's sincere. You gotta figure if the girl is having the type of sex she likes and likes or doesn't mind her co-star...how bad could it be? It's sex. Of course they're doing it for the money but that doesn't mean they can enjoy having sex with their co-star. And of course there are those girls or those times when a girl doesn't like doing a scene for various reasons to varying degrees but I think if a girl just flat out hated shooting porn in general if would come through in her performance and/or she just wouldn't last long in the industry. Also...I think when some girls do quit and talk bad a bout porn most of the bad talk is about the industry and not actual performing in general. Scenes are mostly at 30 to 60 minute mark, ant when they are shoot it takes probably more than 5-6 hours of penetration in order to make those 30to60min scenes. So I do not assume pornstars or any ordinary people would love taking 5-6 hours penetration in order to enjoy it. If it was mere 45min shoot for 45 min scene where in advance director states what he or she wants from the scene and without too much involving into the scene act and cut I assume it would be higher number of pornstars who would enjoy it more. For me nowdays it seems that only mere percent of them are into it due to enjoyment and some 95% who are there just for the money, lack of job opportunity, education etc. It is a pitty when you look at it as a joyfull industry and than you realise thay do not enjoy it at all or at least not to amount we would like them to enjoy. I still do belive that there are ones who truely enjoy it but in a small numbers. I really like watching lately Veronica Leal. I can't say if they love their job but the fact that so many of them usually turn to drug and alcohol to cope point to them not really enjoying it and since so many quit within the first few months or a year tends to emphasize the view that they don't love their job. There is likely more than one reason why someone chooses to do porn but money is why they keep doing it. There are very few jobs that pay the kind of money porn does that don't require some level of training. I suspect that a large portion of female performers have very little sex in their private life if they regularly shoot because they either are too sore from long hours they spent on a porn set getting pile driven into oblivion but a guy that has likely taken a magic pill or an injection to get an erection and guys are likely also sore from doing the pile driving. Being a pornstar encompasses many things. Girls have talked about some aspects of the job they don't like. Some have said they don't like working with certain directors or talent, some have said they don't like the travel to get to the set, some have said they find certain positions or shoots uncomfortable, some have said they don't like dealing with some of their "fans", and some have said they don't like dealing with the stigma of being a pornstar. But I don't think there are many if any girls who flat out hate the job. You have to realize that if they flat out hated it they could just strip or do other types of sex work that actually pay more money. [Link]

You could say the same thing about a stripper or any occupation where being young and maintaining your looks. In mainstream porn many fans want to see "young-ish" type girls and even if a girl maintains her looks and her fanbase there's only so much you can do in porn and only so many studios to shoot for and after awhile there's not much new to see from a girl and studios and fans just kinda move on. ^I don't know to what extent we can reasonably generalize. I'd imagine that who a performers works with (director, performers, etc.) on any given day plays a large part in how much a performer does or doesn't enjoy a shoot. Maybe those who usually work with people who are to their liking usually enjoy their work. Other important factors are probably the sex act that a performer is shooting, the length of the shoot, and other factors.

I think a lot of them do enjoy it in general. But most of that depends on who they're working with, the director, and the type of sex they have to do on a given day. If you watch the Behind The Scenes portion of porn shoots you can tell some girls really had a good time with their partner and/or had a good time shooting. I know some will say they're just playing that up for the camera but in a lot of cases you tell it's sincere. You gotta figure if the girl is having the type of sex she likes and likes or doesn't mind her co-star...how bad could it be? It's sex. I think that may be 20-25 percent of girls. It is hard to know without their sencire statement and that is one you will never knew is it true or not. Scenes are mostly at 30 to 60 minute mark, ant when they are shoot it takes probably more than 5-6 hours of penetration in order to make those 30to60min scenes. So I do not assume pornstars or any ordinary people would love taking 5-6 hours penetration in order to enjoy it. If it was mere 45min shoot for 45 min scene where in advance director states what he or she wants from the scene and without too much involving into the scene act and cut I assume it would be higher number of pornstars who would enjoy it more. For me nowdays it seems that only mere percent of them are into it due to enjoyment and some 95% who are there just for the money, lack of job opportunity, education etc. It is a pitty when you look at it as a joyfull industry and than you realise thay do not enjoy it at all or at least not to amount we would like them to enjoy. I still do belive that there are ones who truely enjoy it but in a small numbers. I really like watching lately Veronica Leal. and I believe they love their job and just like to have a lot of sex. If you're just in it for the money, you'll most likely just burn out quickly and quit, and that goes for male or female performers. But I also think most pornstars are very vanilla and monogamous in their private life. Some people have a high sex drive and believe they should get paid to see them fuck. I'm not saying there isn't abuse and mistreatment or that there isn't a shady side of porn but most producers and directors like to work with women and men who are willing and like to fuck. It's the some for mainstream Hollywood example Harvey Weinstein or modeling industry, you actually see the casting couch more there than in the porn industry. You should really listen to the podcast I linked, the Railton Report does have some older stars that talk about the dark side of porn and why they left. But a lot of them say that they're not ashamed of their work and that it was their choice. Both men and women said it was about sexual freedom and expression that made them shot porn in the '70s and 80s. But a lot during these days developed drug problems because it was the fucking 80s.

Modern-day porn is a lot different, most people with a damn smartphone can be a pornstar and make mad money on OnlyFans. Some probably do but the rest just get fucked or they fuck someone but at no point does that equal to having real sex. I can't say if they love their job but the fact that so many of them usually turn to drug and alcohol to cope point to them not really enjoying it and since so many quit within the first few months or a year tends to emphasize the view that they don't love their job. There is likely more than one reason why someone chooses to do porn but money is why they keep doing it. There are very few jobs that pay the kind of money porn does that don't require some level of training.

Some have said they don't like working with certain directors or talent, some have said they don't like the travel to get to the set, some have said they find certain positions or shoots uncomfortable, some have said they don't like dealing with some of their "fans", and some have said they don't like dealing with the stigma of being a pornstar. But I don't think there are many if any girls who flat out hate the job. The mainstream porn biz isn't really made to support a career that long. You could say the same thing about a stripper or any occupation where being young and maintaining your looks. In mainstream porn many fans want to see "young-ish" type girls and even if a girl maintains her looks and her fanbase there's only so much you can do in porn and only so many studios to shoot for and after awhile there's not much new to see from a girl and studios and fans just kinda move on. Also as a person gets older their priorities change and they may just want to do something different or settle down.

I might be old school but I really liked the hype back than when the girl would build up for anal and tease her fans for years to come before doing it. I think the problem is most people here just assume 100% of the female orgasms in porn are fake and every woman is faking everything.
