Note the way "Centrefold" is spelled. This was from a tweet I stumbled upon in late November of 2011.
The spread features my favorite adult model ever, Lexi Stone. I'm assuming it's the December 2011
or January 2012 issue, but I have no idea what magazine this is. I'm dying to see the whole shoot.
The pictorial was shot by Cassandra Keyes, I believe, if that helps at all. Thanks!

Not sure if this helps but here's Cassandra's Facebook page. Perhaps you could somehow send a link to the page. Not the photo because you will be suspended from Facebook. Perhaps Cassandra might remember the pic. If Cassandra has a website she might have an E Mail address you can send the pic as an attachment. Just giving options.

Thanks. Yes, I've already reached out to Cassandra via email. Hoping to hear back.
It looks as though she also shot some g/g pictorials with Lexi also. I'd love to buy
the original images.
After a bit of digging, I'm 99% sure this layout came from an Aussie magazine called
"The Picture" and I'm almost certain that it's issue #1211. I found issue #1210 on
eBay, but not the one following it.

Another thought. Here is the Wiki page on the magazine. The Picture. It is still being published now by Bauer Media Group. Have you been in touch with Bauer asking if they keep back copies?. Or if they know of anyone who do keep back copies?. Just a wild hunch. Hard luck regarding E Bay but good luck in your quest.
