I am having a really hard time with them. I purchased an item last month and it is still backordered. I have sent emails but have recieved no reply. I would like to cancel the order or at least find out what is going on. My next step is calling my credit card company to tell them not to accept any charges from them.

I have ordered from them with no problems. How long has your item been on backorder? Is it an item you can't find elsewhere? Excalibur sometimes has long backorders but they always write me and let me know when it looks like the wait will be excessive. A backorder of about a month on a hard to find item doesn't seem all that excessive to me.

Hi everyone, This is Joe from adultdvdfree.com. I wanted to to say that phatbasey was notified by email that the product was on backorder and his card was never charged (our policy is to charge only when the item is shipped). Even though the product is no longer on promotion, we are still willing to give phatbasey the original sale price if he wants.
