Maybe for planned anal, but for spur of the moment anal, my experiences have been 50-50 as whether it's going to be dirty anal or not.
Ass juice? Lets call it what it is: Spit/lube, water, remnants though very small of fecal matter (no enema gets you perfectly clean), bile and often a bit of blood.
