A cumshot is, essentially, any visible male ejaculation of semen no matter where it occurs.
A "facial" is just that... a cumshot that lands on the girl's face and/or mouth.

I have to say, its gotta be tough to stay hard, be directed for an hour, bang a killed hot chick, pound her into tomorrow, and be able to cum on demand. I believe "jerk too pop" (or more correctly "jerk to pop") refers to the guy applying the last stimulation to his own cock before orgasm. It's a practice much decried on ADT, as many of us prefer to see the girl do the work of causing the orgasm. In practice though, it seems like it's much easier to control the timing of the orgasm as well as the aim if the guy finishes himself off.
The term "cum-shot" has a much broader meaning, I think, and includes any ejaculation caught on film. This includes anything from "jerk to pop", to the girl finishing the guy off with her mouth and hands (and the even more rare oral creampie, where the orgasm occurs inside the girl's mouth - very hot!), to cum landing on any or all parts of the girl's body - face, hair, tits, and ass being the most popular targets.
Maybe what ntfighter is asking is whether all cumshots these days are now of the "jerk to pop" variety. In my opinion, that is the predominant variant, however there are plenty of good exceptions like the "Hand To Mouth" series, and the "Whack Jobs" (handjob to completion), and "Head Case" (oral to completion, but usually not an oral creampie), amongst others.
