EBay bought Paypal, and ever since Paypal just sucks. You have to pay with checks, cash, or whatever. If they catch you using Paypal for adult items, they will delete your account. Luckily they paid my balance straight into my bank....they often sit on it for 6 months in case of credit card chargebacks (apparently porn is a high risk business for credit card fraud). [Link] |

Get this - I contacted paypal, told them what I'd bought and also that I'd used a phoney ebay account with my address as a burger king in LA so that I could view the mature audiences category. Paypal gave the seller the usual notice then took the money back from him and gavi it back to me without so much as a ticking off!! You are right though that paypal could get nasty with you about it - maybe they just appreciated my total honesty that day!! SNP. [Link] |
