In my DVD from Sharpshooter it stated that the sound was "Dolby Stereo" and not Dolby 5.1 or DTS sound.

Since many of the non-porn videos such as "Harry Potter" and "Lord of the Rings" have Dolby 5.1 sound, I am curious as to why I do not see Dolby 5.1 listed for porn DVDs ?

The Greenwood/Cooper "Boldy Male 2: Concerto" has not yet come out to DVD yet. Since that video features classical music in the background, would it be possible that the DVD would include Dolby 5.1 sound ?

I own the DVD The Hot Spot by Studio 2000 which ist declared as DD5.1 Sound. My DVD player says it would be DD2.0 (Stereo) Sound. I think they only say DD5.1 for marketing purposes.

Classical music tends not to be gussied up into multi-channel madness. Classical music listeners seem to go more for accurate stereo soundstage and full-spectrum natural reproduction than for theatricality. It is the movie theater and music video crowd who have embraced the multi-channel equipment.

While there may be gay titles with Dolby 5.1 sound, I do not know of any - but then, that has never been on my list of purchase features. I'm much more interested in directorial quality, sexual passion (and/or acting ability) of the participants, and the models' looks.
