Click to expand Breast reduction is a lot different to breast enhancement; they're removing tissue from inside and out, not simply stuffing silicone in small slits. It's a big deal. Obviously the procedure will be better for her back, but I miss her former look big-time (before the ink actually, most updates I've seen of her had just brought a sense of disappointment). [Link]
