The main reason for my order to Adult DVD Explorer was that they had some
new features with Chloe Jones & Mercedes that few other have at that time.
The prices were relatively high but they had coupons with 15% of.

My initial order was made 22 may 2004 for 21 DVD’s. I choose the alternative
“send all when you get them in stock”. All of my ordered DVD’s had the
statement “Usually ships within 1 - 2 business days” on them.
I decided that the 4-10 days delivery was sufficient for me.

Important:
I choose to pay with my “internet VISA card”. This is an electronic VISA card that I have to
manually activate it before every buy, so it’s very safe to use on the internet.

This is what happened after my order was placed (in chronologic order):

1. I received a confirmation email in 1-2 days (Good).
2. They charged my VISA card for 10 DVD’s that the sent to me 26 May 2004
(Good response time, Bad because I have asked them to send all DVD’s at once and bad because now my internet VISA is deactivated for any more buys from Adult DVD Explorer, I have to activate it manually again remember)
3. When my parcel arrived to Sweden, they have not supplied any invoice, so the custom didn’t know if the shall charge me with some tax or not. This resulted in a hold in the custom and a letter to me. I have to ask for an invoice from Adult DVD Explorer 3 times via mail before I got one. I sent a copy to the custom and the parcel was released to me on 18 June 2004, almost one month after my order (not so good, if the invoice was included from the beginning I would have them in 2,5 weeks)
4. In the end of June I contacted Adult DVD Explorer to find out about the remaining 11 DVD’s. I had to sent 4 mail before I got any answer back. They had received 1 more
of my ordered titles but my order was on hold because of declined credit card. I explained to them about the function of my internet VISA card and once more asked them to contact me when they had all DVD’s in stock and to send “all of the remaining DVD’s in one parcel”. I planed to open my internet VISA for one buy when they contacted me. (Bad, they don’t seem to notice my request for just one parcel).
5. In the middle of July 2004 I contacted them again 3-4 mails and asked what was happening to my order. Then answer that they probably will have all items in stock in about one week. I again told them to contact me so I can open my internet VISA for them.
6. In the beginning of August 2004 I contacted them again with 4 mails with no response what so ever. I even sent a copy to my hotmail address to see if the mails rely was sent or not. And of course I received the copy in my hotmail.
7. In the 8 August 2004 I was totally fed up with Adult DVD Explorer service and I cancelled my remaining order (+ copy to my hotmail). I told them that I wanted them to confirm my cancel by a mail. Today when I logged in to “My account” on Adult DVD Explorer website I can see that my order finally are cancelled (no confirming mail yet)

Spare yourself this ordeal and shop somewhere else.
Please feel free to comment and to suggest a proper supplier of DVD’s for me in the future.
