I asked Dora about this at the 2003 Adult Expo in Vegas. The black guy in the scene, Franco "Teo" Roccaforte, is well known for being a big goof on the set. Dora is quite petite, so they were joking around that he was King Kong and she was Faye Wray, which is why she kept calling him "Big Gorilla."
