Well, this is one of those "Holy Grails" (at least for me) that is very difficult to find. I'm always on the lookout for double-sucking scenes of any type. This one you describe is much more rare.

I can't think of any examples with extended double mouth penetration with the girl lying down. I assume you mean the standard "gag factor" position, with the girl's head hanging upside down. As a matter of fact, Id be surprised if there isn't at least one scene from the Gag Factor series that has this (I'm not a big fan of that series, so I don't know)

ADT has some true porn experts, and I'll bet somebody has a list or can at least make one up without too much effort. Maybe bjfan1127 can help out here

I have no idea about the name of the original title for the double mouth as I have an ancient compilation. The original title was even older. The original dap was Backdoor to Hollywood 2.
