Why is this so hard to find at a reasonable price without some recurring monthly trap? I like buying minutes and I belong to some VOD sites, but they don't seem to allow downloading scenes to own. I have a s-l-o-w connection so I would like to go to a wi-fi hotspot occasionally and grab some scenes. Some amateur scenes like woodman and BRCC and ECG have this model, but a lot of them like that have that recurring charge after a month or whatever and I am suspicious of that (like I'll forget). But I'd pay a reasonable per fee for a scene I'd like. Anyone?
This may be a stupid reply, but have you tried VideoBox? I too also enjoy the occassional download and am pretty satisfied with their amount of scenes to dowmload. If you have not given them a whirl it is a website worth visiting. They are a pay per month, although very cheap in my opinion.
Whats the score with the VB channels on videobox is says there not avalible with a basic membership but i could only see one kind of membership?Any help would be cool.
I would love to see an "iPorn." You can buy individual scenes or get a discount for the whole DVD. You can put them on your iphone. Porn from DVDs, websites, VHS, and magazines are neatly organized. Put in your credit card and you can easily preview, and buy with one click. :)
^The answer used to be a lot easier but for some reaosn the guys behind that site are trying some new things and that's making it more complicated for people to know how to join the site. They have other channels that have a "tad" bit better scenes. For the $17 you still get the ability to download to your computer some awesome scenes from many great Studios past and present. The other channels are Vivid, Evil Angel, Reality Kings (I believe) and Kink.com stuff. They cost an additional $15 per month, per channel. I myself switch every other month bewteen Vivid and Evil Angel. I am a huge fan of this site and recommend it very much. When I stumbled upon it my hard drive filled up very quickly needless to say. I joined VIDEO BOX about 3 months ago and I'm extremely happy with their service. I spend more time just discovering all the movies and pornstars they have available than actually watching scenes. Tons and tons of content. Lots of movies/scenes I've always wanted to see and lots of pornstars I like plus lots of girls I've always wanted to check out and lots of new favs I never heard of before joining. You can search by movie title, scenes, sex acts, pornstars(female only) or over 100 "fetish/niches" (big boobs, big butt,Asin, IR, anal, black, cheerleader, etc., etc., etc...). For people who must have the latest DVD releases that just came out VB isn't for them because their library is made up of movies from movies from a year of so ago all the way to some "classic" stuff. But this is great for me because I enjoy being able to see stuff from girls who've retired and/or seeing them at different points of their careers. They add 5 new movies every day and it's fun to see what they add on a given day. The best thing about them is that I can play scenes through my tv because they support ROKU. I generally don't like watching any video longer than a Youtube clip on my computer so I love it that I can watch VB scenes on my TV with a DVD quality picture. Plus I can download and record them to keep if I want. This is the first online porn site I've ever tried so I don't have anything to compare it with but for the price and what it offers I think it's great. It more than suits my needs. Highly recommended.
Wow, Videobox is exactly what I'm looking for. Their tool to clip scenes for downloads is awesome, especially since I have a slow connection. In comparison to Hotmovies, they only have a fraction of the movies, and don't have a lot of the series I like. Their searches are weak comparitvely and their porn star database only has the most popular girls rather than everyone, and it is definitely slow sometimes. Ha, I guess I'm a negative person :-) All that said, it definitely meets my needs better that HM of anyplace else -- any other sites like that with the ability to DL clips at a reasonable price?
^Hot Movies has a much larger library of videos compared to Videobox but then again they make a significantly larger amount of money compared to VB. A streaming only sites makes money per minute while VB charges a monthly fee and no limit on the amount members can download. I like Hot Movies because they have a lot of older movies that are no longer available.
Unless I am a slow learner and missing something, their searching is very sketch and difficult. A lot of stars that are on the site in multiple movies aren't in there database and don't come up in site searches (e.g.: Riley Brooks, Paige Turner). Etc. It might be easier surfing IAFD then linking to VB when you find something you like...I don't know.
^ I totally agree with you about VB's serching ability. You can type in girls or the name of movies you know are in their database but when you type them in quite often nothing comes up. It can be annoying at times. There are times when if I want to find a certain girl I go to IAFD and get the names of a few movies she's in then go back to VB and hopefully when I type in those movie titles they come up. What I end up doing is stockpiling girls I like in my "Pornstar Stash" as I run across them so I'll be able to access them later. Also be aware that some girls are in their under multiple spellings. For example, some Bree Olsen scenes are under the name Bree Olson. I often wonder how a site could have a horrible search feature. They've been around long enough to iron out such bugs and I pretty sure people have complained about it. I have to think it's purposely like that for a reason. I'm a big fan of the site and think it's great overall but there are a few things that could be better.
They just fixed the pornstar search engine on VB. You can type in names and their links pop now. They say there are a few more bugs to fix but every name I typed in worked for me.
Seems to be better. But it is still an awkward system...trying to find a series list, for instance, is awkward. I wish Hotmovies, with its database and search sophistication, would adopt this flat fee clip download model.
