I tried to join the Digital Playground website today, but I was put off by not being able to find any information about cancelling a membership. Every site I have joined in the past used CCBill payment processing, but I'm not familiar with DPs processor.
I hear good things about about DP but the first thing I want to know before I spend my money is how do I leave if I want to, and if theres nothing to hide (and I'm certainly not suggesting DP has anything to hide)this information should be up front and central and easy to find, We shouldn't need to fire off emails or read small print to cancel memberships. We should be able to press a button and we're out of there, These sites are great at telling you why you should join, just not so hot at telling you how to exit.
