And there is no natural limitation that would prevent porn actors from going straight to DP on the lady and having only DP sex with her. Obviosly, the lady would need to prepare her pussy and ass for straight to DP type of sex. But such preparation is not much different from the preparation the ladies get before they have straight to anal sex. And if a producer is already paying for vaginal and anal sex, they might as well shoot it. And if they're shooting it, they might as well not edit it out. But eventually anal only movies did come out. And many of the ladies who performed in them were pretty good looking too. I don't think there is any physical limitation that would prevent porn ladies from having DP only sex for a good 20-30 minutes. The ladies would obviously need to prepare well for it and have lots of lube on hand. But if you've seen some of the Red Light's Gang Bang series.
