They focus on the dp and you just get to see the legs because the cameraman is too near , so he doesn´t get to capture the feet . Then there are the cameramen and directors who have more taste and show the feet also . That is when a scene becomes really great . A classic example : Italia Christie in " Cum Stained Casting Couch #9 " . She gets dp in cowgirl and reverse cowgirl position , and you can see her feet very prominently featured in both positions ! http://www.hotmovies.com/video/108047/Cum-Stained-Casting-Couch-9/ Carmen Rose at the Dpfanatics site : You can only see her feet in cowgirl dp , but sadly not in reverse/cowg-dp , but the cowgirl dp looks so monumental that it makes up for the lack ! http://pornpassforall.com/scene/6256/Dive_right_in/ Cindy Dollar in " High Heels And Glasses 2 " . You can see her feet in both positions .
