From a sheer porno entrepreneurial perspective, I gotta give Duke credit for creating his singular East Coast empire, but I think his pickings are really slim. Thing is, I kind of like that. Really. I'm so tired of seeing what's supposed to be attractive. And to be honest, the typical ideal of attractive is far from it in my book. I blew a lot of loads watching Brandon's 50 to 1 flicks specifically because I often find "homely" very attractive. Maybe they're homely because they don't look exactly like all the other girls. That's great! I love it. I wish more people would do it. I've never really been attracted to the same women most of my buddies were so maybe I'm just speaking for myself here. And that's also one of the things I enjoyed about some of the FA girls. Many of them had a very non typical look. Now some of the girls Brandon shot, I honestly just couldn't get into but I found a lot to like there and I think he really had the right idea. And in fact, I think it just turns me on more to know not every guy finds that attractive. Honestly, anything that deviates from the paint by numbers porn that puts me to sleep is a breath of fresh air.
Rodney Moore did something right, too. Atypical girls doing their thing. They are timeless. They are not overshot. They haven't done hundreds of scenes in the same locations with the same makeup and the same outfits, etc. Just be real for a change. I wish ghetto gaggers would just sell downloads for individual movies. I would buy the movies with Beauty Dior (who I still can't believe did a shoot with them) Cherokee and Candace Von. I'm not going to subscribe for monthly payments just so I can see those scenes, and never get to see them again unless I re-subscribe. There maybe be a few other movies in there that I would buy too in they sold individual downloads.
The one-off "homely" looking talent that Duke finds is what differentiates his sites from most others. He gets enough of the mainstream talent to satisfy our pervy penchant to see our favorite stars put through the ringer, but by also getting unknowns, he taps into our daily fantasies of wrecking the common girl whom we see walking in the supermarket or mall. The only issue I had with his sites were the infrequency and unpredictability of updates, and I emailed the customer support address several times to note that the only reason I was cancelling was for that reason. I'm not a member right now, but generally once every three months I sign up to d/l the latest scenes.
There are some gems in there, no doubt. Again, for me, it's a percentage thing and not just looks but attitude ... The crazy plump redhead, the crazy Korean stripper w/fake boobs, the wacky skinny frizzy haired girl with the pearls, Emily Anderson, the gorgeous Irish girl, a few others ... The best scenes always had Tommy Pistol. Without him, there's a general air of humorless grind to a lot of it.
