Do they really use FedEx or not? Their customer service page says the following:
But, when I check out, the only option is "USPS Priority". What's going on here?

I bought 12 dvds from them this year. But they sent me them 10 days later. And they marked them as a software, only 20$. So my custom house checked them because its price looks so strange. Finally, I got a call from custom house that they shouldn't give me them back. I was very angry at that time. I told them about it, but it was useless. That's all. After that, one man in custom house asked me why you marked them as software. Who can't believe that 12 software costs only 20$?

The same happened to my shipment from DVDAdvantage to Germany. I got a call from FedexShipping Department that German customs office had stopped the shipment because of wrong declaration and that custom office only will release the shipment with the right declaration. I had to fax the real declaration to Fedex and then Fedex cleared it at customs office. The whole shipment took 10 days to arrvive by the Fedex.
