I don't think I've ever seen a Statement of Compliance before every single clip. Pretty much, it either precedes the feature or is a mandatory loading screen when the disc is inserted in the player.

I don't know what the law requires, but I don't think I've EVER seen a DVD that fully lists all of the dates of production for ALL of the content. From what I understand about these Statements is that the government hasn't ever requested the records from anyone, but no one wants to be caught without them in case they ever do.

If your dates of production range significantly, and you're the type who wants to cover all your bases, you might want to do this:
Dates of Production: (movie A) 1-1-2000, (movie B) 3-3-1999, (movie C) 1-1-1996, etc.

I've seen this done on several movies.

If this is done, then there would be no need to put the compliances page before each clip. I'm guessing that you're talking about a compilation DVD with scenes from multiple sources?

Evil Angel has been asked for copies of model releases when we sell our movies to Playboy or other places. I do know that several companies have been asked by the government to show releases.
