Hi guys
I am new to editing and so would appreciate some advice.
I have a number of adult DVDs and would like to be able to pull scenes off them to create compilations. I would also like to be able to cut and edit individual scenes.
Can someone recommend some affordable computer programs that might do the trick?
Thanks

Bill turned me on to DVD Shrink, which is an excellent tool for extracting portions of a movie from DVD. You can set start and end points for extractions, so it can do simple edits, as well.
Just make sure you get it from the original source, as there are some links that attempt to get you to download malware in disguise.

DVD Shrink works great for making compilations. You can extract scenes from multiple discs into their own titles on your hard drive. Then you can pull all of those individual titles together to burn to a single disc.
