I am have been unable to get anyone from DVD EXOTIC to respond to any of the messages I have been sending them this week regarding a large order I placed. Anyone else having similar problems?

Are you sure that you entered the email address correctly? I've exchanged several emails with DVD Exotic in the past week concerning a shipment damaged by UPS (the matter has been resolved). I've always found their responses to be both prompt and helpful.

This is what the PROPERTIES link in my mail box says on each message-

Just a note, I have noticed that you can no longer redeem Kickback rewards at DVD Exotic. Anyone know why? Perhaps that's a question for Drew.
