My orders are ship the same day to Malaysia with charges $29 for FedEX and UPS. I made another one in December taking advantage of their 15% off all orders for Year End Blowout sale ! Too good to be true ! Here's the catch : They E-mail me stating that the FedEX charge is now $49 instead of $29 as billed aand advertised on their website for International orders. I feel that the 15% WAS NOT WORTH compare to the increase in the shipping charge. So I cancel my order. In a week time, they credited my account for the amount the charge. Although a little bit dissapointed, I respect them for handling the transaction flawlessly. I was about to conclude that they are the best in term of : 1. Malaysia is not as bad as being publicised in the media ! But of course you have to spend more on shipping as regular air-mail never seems to be working ! [Link] |
