Just a quick response from us at DVDO in case anyone's interested. When a rental order is place Mon-Fri before 4pm est, it is shipped that same day via First Class mail. On rare ocassion, orders can be delayed in transit as appears to this customer above. On average, orders will take between 2-4 days. Should anyone ever experience any delays we always go out of our way to make sure that their rental period is extended so they'll never have to feel rushed by return deadlines or late fees.
