I ordered 5 DVDs on 3rd May (rentals) and I have not seen any one of them in my mailbox. This is ridiculously. And my credit card has been charged already.According to them, it has been shipped out on 3rd May.
I have contacted Chris but he just asked me to look out for the discs & let him know so that he can postpone the due date.
I don't know if I should keep waiting. It's going to be 2 weeks and I staying in mid-west area & not in a rural place.
I don't have any problems getting dvds from other online companies when they shipped via Priority mail.

Hi.
My experience with DVD Overnight has been OK, but a little sketchy thus far.
A while back, I rented some vids -- it took about a week to get them. And, later, they e-mailed me about why I hadn't sent them all back, when in fact, I had.
Good luck.

Just a quick response from us at DVDO. All rentals placed before 4pm est Mon-Fri are always shipped the same day via US Postal Service First Class mail. Orders usually take between 2-4 days to arrive and on rare ocassion (as appears with these 2 posts) can take a bit longer. Should anyone ever incur a delay, we will always extend rental return dates so that customers will always have a full seven days to hold on to their rentals. If anyone ever has any questions or special requests, we're happy to help in any way. Just email us at info@dvdovernight.com. - Customer Service, DVDOvernight.com

Just a followup abt the issue. It turns out that the postman screwed up and sent it to the wrong address for some reason. And the package turned up at DVDO abt 2 weeks later. I talked to Chris & I tried another order. This time around the order finally showed up at my doorstep today. Guess this is not DVDO 's fault.

I've always had good experiences with DVDOvernight. I just wish that they could impliment a marquee system like Netflix has.
