The feature would be a "Music On/Off" selection in one of the menus that allows the viewer to watch the DVD with live sound (no music). If a DVD has this feature, people who don't like music soundtracks in their porn can turn the music off and just listen to the performers. Everybody who likes to listen to music soundtracks while watching porn can continue to do so. Everybody is happy! Would this be an easy/inexpensive feature to include in a DVD? The default first audio track, as always, would remain the director's vision. This is done all the time for DVDs with multiple language choices, commentaries, etc. Now, if we could choose a track where we don't have to listen to the director/camera man saying stupid things to the talent [Link] |

A good example is 16:9. I want to shoot that way, but it's easy enough to allow people the option off watching a version cropped to 4:3 so they don't have to endure my emo-artsy black bars. +1 simple DVD enhancements -1 crappy music [Link] |

Ever since I noticed that I have oftened wondered why anyone would choose to leave the "music" on. SInce I no longer am "in house", at Ana/DIa let me clear the air, that was a Cal444 innovation. There are many others but since there is a thread on this particular one, I'll clarify.
