I don't know about others but
I've had major problems with
that title and Teenage Brotha Lovers from Exquisite Pleasures. Freeze ups, chapters that won't play,
can't get into extras, and
images breaking up. Tried
them in two different players
and they won't work. Just
rentals, but I'm afraid to
buy anything from them now.
What's going on? Anyone else
having problems?

I have only had my hands on one of their movies so far, Unleashed #2, and it played fine; no problems at all.

Hey Sammyboy,

This is the first that I heard regarding any problems with "Justin Slayer Productions" products. Exquisite did have a problem before with a "Bianca Seven" product and it was addressed and each customer that contacted Exquisite and Bianca was completely satisfied. After that issue..Exquisite switched DVD duplicators and have not heard of any other issues since going to new duplicators. But rest assure, Exquisite and Justin Slayer Productions are committed to excellent customer service and producing quality product.

Justin and I personally sit down and watch each movie (before the "glass master" is mass produced)...sometimes we even watch it four and five times in its entirety in order to catch any possible problems.

Ask to speak to Jerry or Alex anytime after 12:00 noon Pacific time...and they will be happy to help you in resolving this as expediately as possible. For What It Is Worth, I have had the same problem with Teenage Brother Lovers. I reloaded all the media player software and it did play better...most of the skips were gone. Thought I might try another copy and still have yet to open and check Pipe Layers 1 and 2 but bought them all at the same time because they were well-reviewed.

my copy of BPL2 also freezes during the 3rd and 4th scene.

scenes 1, 2, 5 are fine.

I rented BPL2 and had numerous problems, similar to what's been described here. Scenes would freeze. In no case would one scene complete and go to the next. I had to use the chapter menu to get to subsequent scenes. Lots of pixellation. The action was good when it was viewable.

Hey Nevaquit, much love. Given Snowden Porn and VideoSan's reports of having trouble with BLACK PIPE LAYERS 2, have you had a closer look to gauge whether there are problems with this disc? I live in Australia and would love to order it, but replacing faulty discs with US retailers is just a pain in the ass for me (in the middle of one such difficulty right now), so I just avoid discs I hear there are troubles with. Unless a fine man like you can assure me otherwise, I'm going to have to give BLACK PIPE LAYERS 2 a miss, which I don't really want to so much...

Adding my 2 cents: I had Black Pipe Layers and it wouldn't play at all on my old Apex DVD. But it did play on my Powerbook and Playstation 2. I haven't had any problems with subsequent JSP discs.
