I placed an order with www.adultdvdbliss.com early morning 10/25 that should be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

I received my automatic order confirmation email, and emailed them asking how long i should expect it to take for the order to be processed, and have received no reply.

Has anyone here ordered from adultdvdbliss before? How long do they usually take to process orders?
What's the usual length of time i should wait before i start to worry somethign has gone wrong?

Thanks in advance

Nevermind

Either this forum is monitored by the dvd stores and is a great indirect way of contacting customer service, or it's just a coincidence, but....

I just got an email from adultdvdbliss stating an apology for the delay in replying, and that my order shipped today.

Q:"how long before i should worry?"
A: between now and the next time i check my email.

It may be a coincidence. The forum is monitored by a lot of people in the business. It's been our experience that most stores respond very quickly to posts in the forum. We've even had an instance of someone complaining about a problem with an order in our chat room and a customer service rep joined them in the chat room to handle the problem. Does customer service get any better than that?

That's testament to the great public service that this site performs for the retailers, producers, and consumers. It's unfortunate, though, that a customer has to air complaints publically before they are treated seriously.

I may be alone here, but I think that if you can't provide excellent customer service 100% of the time, then you shouldn't be doing business.
