I placed an order with them on July 2, during their Independence Day Super sale and I have yet to receive my order and August is almost over. I can't believe it takes one *%@#ing month to ship three DVDs; COME THE F*** ON. I've been emailing them almost everyday, to get any news on my order and still no one from their customer service department will talk to me. I even tried calling them and the operator tells me the number is out of service. This is BULLS***!!!! Note: DVDhotties ships out of Arizona. I'v brought things off of ebay that shipped out of Singapore and only had to wait two weeks to get my order in hand. Let me repeat that SINGAPORE; half way around the world. DVDhotties is the only site I know of that sales these DVDs and I was really look forward to the Brooke Skye DVDs in my order. I can't believe this bullcrap!!! Well I guest I'm out of $30. | dizzy_davidh New Member 1 Posts 8/08 | Posted - Aug 24 2008 : 10:56PM My first order was perfect but took a long time to be shipped (over 30 days from the time of ordering) and then the delivery took another month (being shipped from the US to the UK). My second order had faulty discs which had to be re-shipped and another had the wrong content as the discs are all burnt not pressed media. Some of the discs arrive scratched which I don't believe is down to the shipping but rather poor handling of the discs as source (finger-prints are evident on the media). My third order is yet to arrive (ordered in June'08 and it's now one week shy of September'08) and having gotten through to DVDHotties at the end of July about the missing order a re-shipment was agreed at their cost (they state that is what they do under the circumstances) and since I have heard nothing and have not had any responses from the numerous emails I have sent to their listed email addresses and via their online 'contact us' form. I personally believe the whole operation is one guy ('Scott' somebody) with some stored images of the DVDs on a computer which he then runs-off copies from at his leisure and that is how you end up with crappy discs and DVD covers that look like they've been printed from the lowest price HP Deskjet money can buy! Come to think of it I bet the guy goes on his hols with no cover and so there are probably weeks when no orders are fulfilled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - You have been warned! [Link] |
